Traralgon Yoga Classes
Jeni conducts Traralgon Yoga classes following the Satyananda tradition. Classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced yoga students.
Yoga practices are taught in a systematic way, allowing the student to gradually develop flexibility and strength in the body at the same time as focusing and settling the mind. Mantra (subtle sound vibration) and course/class themes that deepen your understanding are also included.

Satyananda Yoga Classes
The classes typically include:
- Asanas (postures) using the physical body to bring tranquillity to the mind and body. They can assist with developing flexibility,in building muscle strength and endurance and inner strength;
- Pranayama (breath techniques) to improve breathing, work on the energy body, balancing and expanding the vital force (prana);
- Yoga Nidra a systematic and enjoyable deep relaxation practice;
- Meditation practices to focus, stabilise and calm the mind.
